Products ordered before 2:30 p.m. CST will be shipped for delivery the next business day (exception: Hawaii and Alaska are second-business day). Non-stock or manufacturer backordered products will ship after receipt from manufacturer. Drop ship products will ship direct from the manufacturer per its delivery terms.
Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states. For HI and AK, there is a $17 shipping fee per delivery. If an item is on backlog, SutureCenter informs its clients promptly.
SutureCenter will cover all restocking fees for the return of products which were delivered to clients as a result of fulfillment error. SutureCenter clients will be responsible for meeting all criteria set forth in SutureCenter’s Returned Goods Policy, which is available on this website.
ALL RETURNS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA
Product must have been purchased via SutureCenter within the past 120 days.
Product must be in resalable condition; absent any marks, stickers, labels or damage which were not the responsibility of the distributor or manufacturer.
Product must be in the manufacturer’s original packaging and outer shipping carton, including the manufacturer’s corrugated box.
Product must have a minimum of 18 months of remaining expiration dating as indicated by the date printed on the product.
Custom products, special order products, manufacturer direct or drop ship only products, discontinued products and Proceed Mesh are not eligible for return.
SutureCenter will notify the customer if any products are not eligible for credit after inspecting the products and will, upon request, return the ineligible product to the customer.
Returns will be valued for credit at the net purchase price of the products at the time of last purchase via SutureCenter, less an 11% restocking fee. The corresponding credit will be applied to the customer’s account, as long as the customer’s account is in good standing.
The total value of returns within a calendar year must be less than 5% of the customer’s total annual purchases via SutureCenter.
SutureCenter’s Return Goods Criteria generally reflect the return goods policies of our distributor and manufacturers. If/when those partners amend their return goods policies as they apply to SutureCenter, we reserve the right to amend our criteria. We will notify the customer of any changes and related effective dates.
SutureCenter makes trained staff available during normal business hours weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. eastern. Customer Service representatives will help SutureCenter clients with website ordering, order fulfillment status, billing, and other matters.
